you can make this blooming flower in simple steps-
1- take a thick color paper of your choice and cut a square of size 12 cm from it.
(you can change size according to your wish)
2- now to make a flower draw a circle in center and use your fingers to make its petals.
3- cut the flower you made and stick your message in the circle in center.
4- now you have to fold its petals one by one and the magical blooming flower is ready.
5- just put the flower in water and see the flower bloom and your dear ones smile.
